Tacos
Steak-EZE® Tacos

Ingredients
- 4 Steak-EZE® pre-portioned steaks
- Non-stick cooking spray
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 red and green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 package medium flour tortillas, warmed
- Guacamole, sour cream & pico de gallo, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Slice bell peppers and onion. Spray a medium to large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
- Add vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes or until onions are translucent. Remove vegetables from pan and set aside
- Place Steak-EZE® steaks in pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, break steaks apart with spatula and cook for another minute. Drain excess liquid if desired.
- Place vegetables back in pan with Steak-EZE® Angus Steak Strips and stir to combine.
- Warm flour tortillas, fill tortillas with steak and veggie mixture, garnish as desired, and serve.
Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 4 Steak-EZE® pre-portioned steaks
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 3 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup stir fry sauce (or make your own sauce with soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil)
- 1-2 tbsp water or beef both if needed
- ¼ cup scallions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, optional
- 3 cups rice or noodles
Instructions
- Cook rice or noodles according to package instructions and set aside. Chop vegetables and heat a medium to large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place oil in pan and allow to get hot. Add in vegetables and season with salt. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove vegetables from pan and set aside. Place Steak-Eze steaks in pan and cook steaks as directed in the cooking instructions on the side of the box.
- Place vegetables back into the pan with Steak-Eze Sirloin Steak Strips. Add sauce, mix well, add water or beef broth if needed. Allow to heat through for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with noodles or rice and top with scallions and sesame seeds.
Nachos
Steak-EZE® Loaded Steak Nachos

Ingredients
- 4 Steak-EZE® pre-portioned steaks
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1-15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Sliced jalapenos and radishes, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Cut vegetables and set aside. Drain and rinse black beans.
- Place a medium non-stick pan over medium high heat.
- Place Steak-EZE® steaks in pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Break steak apart with spatula and stir in black beans. Season with salt and cook for a minute or two to combine and warm mixture.
- On a sheet tray or cast iron skillet, layer tortilla chips, Steak-EZE® Sirloin Steak Strips, beans, and shredded cheese. Place in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove nachos from oven and top with onions, avocado, jalapenos, radishes, and cilantro.
Steak Salad
Steak-EZE® makes a steak salad that’s easy enough for lunch or dinner any day of the week. Use your favorite salad dressing and the freshest vegetables for the best flavor. Makes one large main dish salad.
Ingredients
- 1 portion Steak-EZE® Steak Strips
- Romaine lettuce, washed and torn into 1-2” strips
- One large tomato cut into eighths, or 1/3 c sliced cherry tomatoes
- ¼ small red onion, sliced
- ½ small cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Bleu cheese or feta, crumbled
Instructions
Place Steak-EZE into the hot skillet. When it begins to separate, season to taste with salt and pepper and add garlic. Remove from pan and let cool to desired temperature before placing on salad. Top with crumbled bleu cheese or feta. Serve with your favorite salad dressing like balsamic vinaigrette or bleu cheese.
Sandwich
Steak-EZE® is the perfect choice for a Philly Cheesesteak. With peppers, onions and provolone on a fresh Italian loaf or hoagie roll, it’s classic flavor combination you’ll crave! Makes 2 hearty sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian bread, sliced in half and hollowed out, or 2 large hoagie rolls
- 2 portions of Steak-EZE® Steak Strips
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 white onion
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ lb. thinly-sliced provolone
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
Slice pepper and onion into thin strips. Preheat a large griddle or sauté pan over medium and drizzle with olive oil. Cook onions and peppers about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften, then move them to the side and allow them to continue to cook. Put the Steak-EZE in the pan and when it begins to separate, season to taste with salt and add garlic and sizzle until done – about 5 minutes total. Mix meat with cooked onions and pepper. Divide the mixture into 2 portions, and top both portions with cheese to melt. When the cheese is melted, place the rolls face down on top of mixture, then slide a spatula under mixture, flip sandwiches over and serve.
